Our standard kitchen cleaning includes the EXTERIOR ONLY of:

• Cabinets
• Refrigerator
• Oven
• Dishwasher

Interior cleaning of cabinets or appliances is available as an additional service upon request.

Dishes & Dishwasher

Our standard cleaning service does not include:

• Washing dishes by hand
• Loading the dishwasher
• Unloading the dishwasher

Bed Making

Bed making is not included in our standard cleaning service.

This service is available upon request and may require an additional charge..

Home Preparation

To ensure the highest quality cleaning, we kindly ask that personal belongings such as clothing, toys, paperwork, dishes, and other household items be picked up before our arrival.

This allows our team to focus on cleaning rather than organizing and helps us provide the best possible results within your scheduled service time.

Organization

Our standard cleaning includes light organization only.

Deep organizing or decluttering services are not included unless scheduled separately.

Airbnb Turnover Cleaning

What’s Included in Our Standard Airbnb Turnover Service

Our standard Airbnb turnover service is designed to prepare your property for the next guest with attention to detail and hotel-quality presentation.

• Complete cleaning and sanitizing of the kitchen and bathrooms
• Dusting and wiping all accessible surfaces
• Vacuuming and mopping all floors
• Changing bed linens
• Replacing bath towels
• Making beds with a clean, welcoming presentation
• Light organization and staging of the property
• Emptying trash bins and replacing trash bags
• Restocking guest supplies provided by the property owner (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.)
• Visual inspection of the property to ensure it is guest-ready
• Photo report provided upon request or if any damage or unusual conditions are found

What’s Included

Our Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning service is designed to leave your home spotless and ready for its next chapter—whether you’re moving in or moving out.

• Complete cleaning and sanitizing of the kitchen

• Interior and exterior cleaning of empty cabinets and drawers

• Interior and exterior cleaning of the refrigerator (if empty)

• Interior and exterior cleaning of the oven

• Microwave cleaning

• Complete bathroom cleaning and sanitizing

• Cleaning and disinfecting sinks, showers, bathtubs, and toilets

• Dusting of all accessible surfaces

• Cleaning of doors, door frames, baseboards, and light switches

• Interior window cleaning (accessible areas only)

• Vacuuming and mopping all floors

• Final touch-up to leave the property fresh, clean, and move-in ready

Not Included

• Removal of furniture or personal belongings

• Hauling away large amounts of trash or debris

• Paint, glue, cement, or construction residue removal

• Biohazard or hazardous material cleanup

• Moving or lifting heavy furniture or appliances

• Exterior window cleaning

Service Policies

• The property must be completely vacant before the scheduled cleaning.

• Running water and electricity must be available during the service.

• If the property requires excessive cleaning due to its condition, additional charges may apply with the client’s approval.

• Any special requests should be communicated before the appointment.

• We recommend scheduling the cleaning after all moving or repair work has been completed
